KS2 WWII Battle lines
On Friday 10th January, the children in KS2 became part of a spy school!
Their mission was to find the clues hidden within the German bunker to identify the enemy Battle Plan. Throughout the workshop the children solved a number of puzzles to find the co-ordinates of the German flight paths. They used a range of maths skills including algebra, their skills in shape, logic and reasoning as well as their skills in number to crack padlock codes, open crates and even connect wires in the correct order to turn on a radio!
All of the children had a fabulous time and their team work skills were fantastic. Maybe we have a future code cracker in the making!
